Roman Buchberger, a dedicated public servant with over 30 years of experience in law enforcement and military service, is officially launching his campaign to become the next Sheriff of Lake County. His campaign focuses on rebuilding trust, fostering community engagement, and enhancing the level of service the Sheriff’s Office provides. 

“This campaign is about building a Sheriff’s Office that truly works in partnership with the communities we serve,” said Buchberger. “Public safety is a shared responsibility, and I want to hear the concerns, priorities, and vision for the future directly from the people of Lake County. I invite everyone to attend this event, ask questions, and be part of the conversation.”
